Shipping policy

Dispatch times Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. During the festival period, dispatch may take slightly longer while our team is on-site — we'll flag this on the store if it applies.

Delivery We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch.  

Delivery costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery method selected.

Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched, where available.

Problems with delivery If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@earthmerch.co.uk and we'll look into it.
